Reception (check guests in/out) and room allocation together — one hub, live occupancy.

Check everyone in and out of the masjid, see who's on site and every detail.

Log meals per contestant, with or without family. Dietary needs, allergies, live counts.

See your runs, tap through pickup stages, share live location with the dispatcher.

Each volunteer checks in to an exact area, updates location, and checks out when leaving.
